The Whistler XTR-425 radar detector combines an incredible set of features with the customization of the Whistler XTR series. The XTR-425's feature set includes: POP mode radar detection, programmable text display, 3 city modes, selectable bands and European Ku band detection. The text alerts of the XTR-425 are completely customizable, and this model includes three different trim rings: metallic red, silver, and white.
The Whistler XTR-425 responds to all types of radar currently in use by police, and provides 360 degree detection of all types of laser guns laser. The Whistler 425 is immune to the VG-2 detector, and provides alerts when VG-2 is in use. The alpha-numeric display allows for full support of SWS alerts, including detailed information messages.

Customizable Colors
The Whistler XTR-425 is designed to allow for interchangeable "trim rings" on the top of the detector. This allows you to customize the look of your detector. The XTR-425 includes 3 trim rings: metallic red, silver, and white.
