Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Until December 23th, 2017 we are extending the amount of time that we will accept a returned item. Any item purchased between 11/21/2017 and 12/23/2017 can be returned until January 24th, 2018. Other terms of our returns and exchanges policy still apply.
If you have any problems with your product within 30 days of purchase date we will be happy to replace it with a new product of the same model. If you need a replacement unit, complete this form to request an RMA number. We will issue the RMA number and provide information on how to return your defective product.
If a return is necessary due to a defect, we offer the option of paying for your shipping charges to return the item. When you email us to request an RMA number, let us know if you would prefer that we pay the shipping. In these cases, we will mail you a return shipping label when the RMA number is issued. If you choose to return the package without using our label, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not reimburse shipping costs. Replacement products are always shipped to the customer via Ground delivery.
All returned items must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date, and include all original components and accessories. We do not make exceptions to this policy. The returned package must be clearly marked with the RMA number. The RMA number is extremely important. Packages arriving without a RMA number can not be processed, and will be discarded.
We do not offer exchanges for credit toward different products.

If you purchase a product from our web site and decide that you no longer want it, we can offer you a refund if the following criteria are met:
- The product must be unopened, and in resalable condition.
- The exterior of the package must be free from damage or markings of any kind.
- We must receive the returned item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you return meets the above criteria, complete this form to request an RMA number for a refund. We will issue an RMA number and provide you with information on how to return the product. The returned package must be clearly marked with this RMA number. Packages arriving without a RMA number cannot be processed, and will be discarded.
We are not responsible for shipping charges of non-defective returned merchandise.
Upon our receipt of the product your credit card will credited the amount of the purchase minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations Policy
If you need to cancel an order that you recently placed, simply call or email us with your order number and request that your order be cancelled. We can not cancel an order if it has already been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will have to return it for a refund. Our normal refund policy will apply.
We make every effort to ship your order the same day it is received, when the order is placed before 6:00PM Eastern time. Orders placed after 6:00PM will usually ship the next business day.
You will receive an email from us as soon as we begin processing your order. We will send another email when the order has shipped. A tracking number will be included in this second email, if one is available. Most domestic items are shipped via UPS. International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Global Express Mail, depending upon cost and reliability.
Our shipping rates can be viewed using the "Estimate shipping and tax" tool in the shopping cart.
For orders shipping within the US, we offer several shipping options: Overnight, 2 day, 3 day, and ground. Ground shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days for delivery. When calculating your delivery date, be sure to only include business days (Monday through Friday). Packages typically do not move on weekends and carriers do not count weekends (or certain holidays) as days in transit. For example, an order placed Friday with overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.
We stock all products that we sell at our warehouse in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Most all orders will ship from this location. If you are considering having your order shipped via Ground delivery, you can refer to this map and enter "Ship From" zip code of of 29732 for an approximate time in transit.
If your item happens to be out of stock, we will email you immediately and let you choose to cancel your order, choose a different product, or wait for your original product to arrive.

Any problems with a shipment that you have received, such as missing or incorrect items, must be reported within 72 hours. If items are missing from your shipment, contact us immediately. Do not open the packaging for any product that you received and do not discard the shipping box or any packing materials. If we determine that we need to start an investigation with the shipping company, they will need all items to remain intact.
We offer a wide variety of payment options. You can purchase your items with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card. Alternatively, you can place an order with us and mail us a money order as payment
We take credit card fraud very seriously, and prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law. For the our own protection as well as the protection of our customers we implement several techniques to screen for credit card fraud.
Occasionally orders may be marked as questionable by our very strict fraud screening system. In many cases when this happens, we may request that the customer fax to us a copy their photo identification and of the credit card that they used to make the purchase. This proves to us that the purchaser has the card in their possession, and considerably reduces the chances that the transaction is fraudulent.
