The Atlantis 275 features a backlit LCD display, touted by Uniden as the largest in its class. The keys are also backlit for easy operation in the dark. It has an LED flashlight that also serves as an emergency strobe light to signal SOS in an emergency. Other features include Dual and Triple Watch so you can monitor up to two distress/hailing channels at once, weather channel watch, memory scan mode, and a battery save feature.

The Uniden ATLANTIS 275 is JISX8 waterproof, submersible, and even floats! The vibrating speaker tone feature clears water from the speaker once it is recovered if it is submerged. To reinforce the durability of this radio, Uniden backs the Atlantis 275 with a 3 year limited warranty.
