The Uniden BC72XLT is similar to the BR330T with one main difference being that this scanner doesn’t have the Trunk Tracker feature. However, it does have 100 channels in 10 banks, close call radio capture, service search, ten user-selectable search ranges, backlit display, priority scan, one-touch weather, and channel delay. It’s also small, even for a handheld scanner. This is intentional of Uniden with their compact design, and makes the BC72XLT perfect if you stay on the go.

This Uniden is perfect for taking to ballgames, motor sport events, or any other sort of pastime. This is due partly to the size, mentioned in the previous paragraph, and, also, the scanning and searching abilities of the BC72XLT. This scanner will scan at a rate of 50 channels per second, and can search as fast as 180 steps per second. This is made even better with the Uniden’s close call technology.
