The Motorola RDM2020 MURS two way radio has 2 channels and 2 watts of power. It comes standard with support for all five license free MURS frequencies. The RDM2020 is convenient and simple to use. A tri-color LED alerts the user to the radio's status and features. The Motorola RDM2020 radio also offers channel scan, hands-free VOX mode (with optional accessories), voice scrambling, and more.

The Motorola RDM2020 operates on VHF MURS frequencies. MURS frequencies do not require a license and are approved for use by individuals as well as businesses! The RDM2020 supports all five MURS VHF frequencies and is, by default, set to MURS 154.570 (channel 1) and 154.600 (channel 2). Other frequencies can be selected simply by going into programming mode and changing the frequency number. These default frequencies are two of the most common frequencies used by many older VHF radios such as the Kenwood TK-2200 and Motorola XTN XV1100, XTN XV2100, and XTN VX2600 series radios.
