The Midland LXT-490-VP3 two way radio provides a maximum range of up to 26 miles in optimal conditions (typically less than .5 mile in urban conditions). The LXT-490-VP3 is a compact, all-purpose two way radio, perfect for camping, hiking, or even a trip to an amusement park.

The Midland LXT490 supports a total of 36 channels - 22 standard FRS/GMRS channels and 14 extra channels. The LXT490 has channel scan, NOAA weather alerts, uses regular alkaline batteries or rechargeable battery packs, call alerts, and a three year warranty.

The LXT490VP3 radio pack comes with two Midland LXT490VP3 radios, belt clips, desktop charger, AC wall adapter and rechargeable batteries.
