The Ritron RQA Series Wireless Shopper Quick Assist Callbox extends your instant communications and access control provides both efficiency and security to your customer facing operations! It delivers clear, crisp voice comms virtually anywhere on the premises without wires, trenching or costly construction. This Quick Assist callbox allows a delivery driver, employee, or visitor to quickly notify radio-equipped staff of their arrival at a specific locked door.

The RQA can be easily deployed as a standalone callbox anywhere you need it to maximize operating efficiency, improve job safety and speed up the response time for both clients and co-workers on location. It integrates seamlessly with your existing portable handheld, mobile and base station two way radios for a complete wireless comm system without high maintenance or cost. Plus, it is both field and PC programmable with user adjustable settings.

The Ritron RQA Series Callbox is available in analog models with your choice of either UHF, VHF or license-free MURS frequencies. Each callbox has one channel and a built-in speaker with high audio output for easy listening in loud environments. The RQA is powered by 6 alkaline "AA" Cell batteries (not included). With a fresh set of AA alkaline batteries, Quick Assist® can transmit about 7,000 voice messages over a period of one year before the batteries will need to be replaced.

The Ritron RQA Callbox is more than just a two way radio in a box. It can also store pre-recorded voice messages that are user recordable and programmable for playback on demand. When the vandal resistant push button is pressed, a pre-recorded location message can be transmitted directly to two-way radio equipped personnel inside.

The Ritron RQA Callbox is equipped with an internal antenna with an external antenna connection option for even greater range. The PTT Call button on the front of the housing allows anyone to transmit your pre-recorded voice message instantly for simple operation.

The Ritron RQA Series Callbox is highly weather- resistant in outdoor environments. The Quick Assist® is contained in a Gasketed polycarbonate housing with UV stabilizer for outdoor use. It's designed to operate between -22°F (-30°C) and +140°F (60°C). It may be used outdoors in a shaded area or indoors wherever simplex radio communications in a fixed location is needed.
