The Icom IC-F6021 Base Station is a special product by Icom that combines an Icom IC-F6021 UHF 450-512 MHz mobile radio and a power converter in a custom aluminum housing. These are perfect for those looking for an easy to use and rugged base station. Since they are rated at 5 watts low, 25 watts medium and 45 watts of high power, and you can use an antenna mounted to the roof or a tower, they have great range.

The IC-F6021 has 128 channels and 8 memory banks, a 4 watt front mount speaker, and 6 programmable buttons. The F6021 has built-in 2-Tone, 5-Tone, CTCSS and DTCS capabilities and up to ten 2-tone and eight 5-tone codes can be decoded on a channel.

One great feature, the IC-F6021 radio is designed as a direct companion radio for IC-F3021 two way radios. The channels and banks, signaling formats, programming software and voice scrambler are specifically made to operate as part of a single communications system.
