This helps you to stay away from specific threats. The flash rate increases as you get closer towards the signal source. These wireless radar detectors have an automatic dimming facility to reduce the intensity of the LEDs at night. The VizAlert receiver shuts down automatically if there is no motion for 10 minutes.
