worked fine review by longtime detector user and advocate on 12/14/2022i previous ly used the coiled power cord but over time
connecting to windshield and plugging into jack in car eventually causes intermittent voltage failures, and then will totally fail with broken wire due to stress of coil cord reaching down to car jack in console the straight 5ft cord has no tension and works fine and will last a lot longer
