International Orders Information
Shipping Information
All orders sent outside the United States (Including Canada, Mexico and Puerto
Rico) will be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail, Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx
at our discretion. If none of these options are available your
package will be sent via Air Mail. International orders can sometimes require extra
processing time, therefore our same day shipping guarantee does not apply. You will
receive an email from us when your package ships. In some cases it is not possible
to provide an exact delivery date, but most packages arrive within 1 week from date
of shipment.
International customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, duties
or other charges associated with importing of our products. If you refuse
to pay these charges upon delivery, we reserve the right to charge your credit
card for these fees.
Our shipping rate for international orders is dependant upon item and world
region. The rates range from $24.99 to $79.99. Additional charges apply for
each additional unit at a reduced rate.
In some rare cases, we are forced to pay higher shipping prices than are posted
on our web site to ship to some areas. In these instances, we will notify the
customer before the item ships that they will be billed for extra shipping
charges. The customer will have the opportunity to accept the charges or cancel
the order.
All orders to Puerto Rico will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
International Orders Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do not offer refunds for international orders. If your product is defective,
you must let us know within 30 days of the date the product shipped. We will
replace any defective product with a new unit of the same model. The buyer will
be responsible for all shipping charges if we have to replace the product.
International Orders Payment Policies
We offer a wide variety of payment options. You can purchase your items with a
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card. We also accept
payment via PayPal. Alternatively, you can place an order with us and mail us a
money order as payment.
We take credit card fraud very seriously, and prosecute credit card fraud to the
fullest extent of the law. For international orders, this includes notifying
the authorities of the country where the credit card was issued and the country
where the order was to be shipped. For the our own protection as well as the
protection of our customers we implement several techniques to screen for
credit card fraud.
Occasionally orders may be marked as questionable by our very strict fraud
screening system. In many cases when this happens, we may request that the
customer fax to us a copy their photo identification and of the credit card
that they used to make the purchase. This proves to us that the purchaser has
the card in their possession, and considerably reduces the chances that the
transaction is fraudulent.
With international orders, the percentage of orders marked as questionable by
our screening system is much higher than with domestic orders. This is because
it is common that we will not be able to match any information, such as your
address or the card security code, with the card issuing bank. Please do not
become offended if you receive the email mentioned above. This is a common
practice and it is in place for your protection as well as ours.
Currency and Exchange Rates
We accept no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations, or fees that you
may be charged by your credit card company for a currency conversion. The only
currency that we accept is the US Dollar. Any refunds that we issue will be
issued in US Dollars. Because currency exchange rates fluctuate, the amount of
a refund may be more or less than the original purchase amount, if a currency
conversion takes place. Regardless of the reason for the refund, we will never
issue additional credits if our refund does not match the original charge due
to exchange rate fluctuations.
